Gpi Schwarte is part of Gpi Group. Within the Gpi Group, we combine the strengths of several specialized companies. Fred Boere & Arno Rodenburg
Until 2024, Fred and Arno led the Gpi Group as managing directors. Today, they remain non-executive board members.
Fred Boere started 25 years ago as a cooperating foreman at Gpi. At that time he started as a sixth employee and welded, built and supervised activities in the production and also spent 1 to 2 half days in the office to arrange projects and to design and draw. In the course of time, this changed and he became manager, technical director and finally general manager. Since 2009 Fred Boere, as CEO, is co-owner and shareholder within Gpi.
Arno Rodenburg is co-owner and shareholder within Gpi since 2012. He works for over twenty years at Gpi and grew from welder to foreman/workshop manager, production manager and operational technical director. In 2012 Arno Rodenburg became co-owner and shareholder as COO.

Gpi Schwarte designs and builds stainless steel process and storage tanks for the dairy, food and pharmaceutical industries. With decades of experience in the DACH region and beyond, our mission is to deliver safe, hygienic and efficient solutions that seamlessly support your process.

Every tank we design, build and install is backed by strict safety standards and preventive measures. In our own production facilities and on every customer site, we protect our people, partners and products through certified processes, clear procedures and a strong safety culture.
